Peppermint Essential Oil
Aromatherapy oils, such as peppermint, may be used singly or mixed to create your blends. Milagro CBD peppermint oil is 100% pure and natural, sourced from India. No synthetic ingredients are ever added to any Milagro CBD essential oils.
We do not recommend using it for children under three or women during pregnancy, but the combination has been tested in Spain, with excellent results.
Peppermint benefits are wide-ranging.
Clinical evidence suggests that this essential oil can likely help with symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. It may also help indigestion and prevent spasms in the GI tract caused by endoscopy or barium enema.
Some studies show that used topically it may help soothe tension headaches and cracked nipples from breastfeeding—but more research is needed to confirm.
When used as directed, dietary supplements and skin preparations containing peppermint oil are likely to be safe for most adults. The oil may cause side effects such as heartburn, and it may interact with certain medications. Talk to your doctor before using it.
In dietary supplements, peppermint oil has useful in a variety of digestive problems including:

There is no clear evidence that they are helpful, but some use dietary supplements containing peppermint oil for conditions including:
- Nausea, vomiting and morning sickness
- Gas and cramps
- Diarrhoea
- Coughs and colds
- Inflammation of the mouth and throat as well as sinus and respiratory infections
